Elisa plates were added with Flag Tag CD20-Nanodisc (0.2ug/per well) on an anti-Flag monoclonal antibody pre-coated (0.5ug/well) plate. Serial diluted anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. Calculated from the data, EC50 for anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody binding with CD20-Nanodisc is 514.4ng/ml.
