Serial diluted anti-CCR8 monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. Calculated from the data, EC50 for anti-CCR8 monoclonal antibody binding with CCR8-Nanodisc is 12.07ng/ml.
