Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag CXCR3-Nanodisc (0.2ug/per well). Serial diluted anti-CXCR3 monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. Calculated from the data, EC50 for anti-CXCR3 monoclonal antibody binding with CXCR3-Nanodisc is 15.79ng/ml.
