This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody is part of a collection of rabbit mAbs against druggable targets developed by direct cloning from immunized rabbit B cells without hybridoma fusion. All antibodies have been fully sequenced and extensively validated by FACS and ELISA assays. Typically, multiple clones against each target are available for customer testing. The clones are available for licensing once the druggability of the antibodies has been validated by the customer, saving tremendous development time and effort. Antibody gene libraries from antigen-positive B cells are also available for further screening if the listed antibodies do not meet the customer's needs.

Elisa plates were pre-coated with IgG-Dxd (0.2ug/per well). Serial diluted anti-Dxd monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. Calculated from the data, EC50 for anti-Dxd monoclonal antibody binding with IgG-Dxd is 3.690ng/ml.
