Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human CD138 mAb . (A) the antibody does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express CD138. (B) A clear peak shift of the antibody was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD138-expressing MM.1S cells, indicating strong binding of the antibody to CD138. Antibodies were incubated at 5 ug/mL.
Expi 293 cell line transfected with irrelevant protein (A) and human CD138 (B) were surface stained with Rabbit anti-CD138 monoclonal antibody 1ug/ml (clone: DM45) followed by Alexa 488-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.
