ELISA plate coated with 2 ug/ml (100 uL/well) Human CD38, hFc-His tagged protein binds to anti-CD38 neutralizing antibody in a linear range of 0.98-64.14 ng/ml.
HEK293 cell line transfected with irrelevant protein (B) and human CD38 (A) were surface stained with anti-CD38 neutralizing antibody 1ug/ml (daratumumab) followed by Alexa 488-conjugated anti-human IgG secondary antibody.
