Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K06251_15F9 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K06251_15F9 can detect recombinant SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein by Western blotting.
