ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06339_5E7 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. APOC3 (Cat. P09856BA) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human APOC3 monoclonal antibody (K06340_16B4) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K06340_16B4 and K06339_5E7 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of APOC3 .
