ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06251_13A2 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Nucleocapsid protein was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-SARS- CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein monoclonal antibody (K06251_2F4) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K06251_2F4 and K06251_13A2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of nucleocapsid protein.
