This recombinant protein contains Ala22-Arg788 of UniProt P01130. It has a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein's calculated molecular weight is 111.2 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 120-125 kDa and 140-150 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 270-330 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).
