This recombinant protein contains Gly2-Gln323 of UniProt Q65900. It has a C-10xHis tag and was expressed from HEK293. The protein's calculated molecular weight is 37.6 kDa, but migrates at 40-65 kDa under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
