This recombinant protein contains Ser14-Pro1195 of NCBI Accession# AAP13567.1 (R667A, K968P, V969P). It has a C-10xHis tag and was expressed from HEK293. The protein's calculated molecular weight is 136.3 kDa, but migrates at 190-210 kDa under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
