SDS-PAGE analysis of Human TIGIT protein
ELISA: Immobilized Human CD155-Fc at 5 ug/mL (100 uL/well) binds to Human TIGIT-mFc with a linear range of 0.5-4 ng/mL.
ELISA: Serial dilutions of TIGIT Antibody (1:2 serial dilutions, from 20 ug/mL to 0.0097 ug/mL) were added into Human TIGIT-mFc : Biotinylated Human Nectin-2-Fc-Avi binding reactions. The assay was performed according to the above described protocol. Background was subtracted from data points before curve fitting.
