SDS-PAGE analysis of Cynomolgus CD3 epsilon protein
ELISA: Immobilize Cynomolgus CD3 epsilon-His at 2 ug/mL, add increasing concentrations of Bispecific T cell Engager (CD3 X BCMA), and then add Biotinylated Human BCMA-Fc-Avi at 0.2 ug/mL. Detection is performed using HRP-conjugated streptavidin. Binding occurs at a linear range of 1-5 ng/mL.
